Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the PuzzleGate mobile application (the "Service") operated by us. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.
1. License to Use
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App strictly in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to, and you will not permit others to, commercially exploit or reverse engineer the App.
2. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information, which is to say, we don't. PuzzleGate does not collect or store your personal data; all data remains local to your device.
3. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will function uninterrupted, be secure, or that the results of using the Service will meet your requirements for digital well-being.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall PuzzleGate be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Since all user data is stored locally on your device, we are not responsible for any loss or corruption of such data.
